Terms & Conditions
Client: For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the term client is anybody paying for our services.
Images: Photographs, digital/prints, post and final productions produced by Flow Motion Pictures
Price:
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT (charged at the standard UK rate).
Flow Motion Pictures may increase all prices quoted and used on promotional material without prior notice. Notice will be provided to confirmed client bookings, or if any alteration to the specification or the services is made at the request of the client to the extent that such alteration would have given rise to an increase in the quoted contract price had it been allowed for.
Payment & Delivery Policy:
A 50% refundable deposit is taken at the point of booking subject to the Cancellation & Refund clause. The deposit secures your booking date and time.
Deposits can only be paid using our online payment system (We do not accept cash payments)
Clients are required to make full payments at least 48 hours before the service is delivered.
For traceability purpose, the primary client's full name is to be used as a reference for all payments.
A private viewing gallery will be created for the client to select images for post-processing.
Sales are treated on an individual basis and the client will be notified at the point of sale as to estimated delivery time. The average timeframe for receiving the product is approximately 14-28 days.
The standard method of delivery will be by in an online password protected gallery.
Where physical prints (with or without frames) are purchased, the delivery method will be by post.
Flow Motion Pictures accepts payments by credit/debit cards.
Please note, we do not accept cash or cheques. We are also unable to provide finance for your purchases.
Ordered Goods are not released until full payment is received.
Flow Motion Pictures will store and make ready for collection all products for one year after purchase. Products not collected within one year of purchase will be destroyed without notice.
Cancellation & Refund Terms:
Flow Motion Pictures reserves the right to cancel a booking (without refund) if the client is not punctual and or they have not adhered to health and safety instructions and or if they are at fault for damaging equipment/furniture/fixtures and fittings within a studio or on location. Flow Motion Pictures protects the safety and welfare of its staff and any aggression towards the staff will result in immediate cancellation of an appointment. The client may be liable to Flow Motion Pictures for the full cost of the session plus damages and loss of earnings.
Clients are permitted to cancel/change a photography session/viewing appointment up until 72 hours prior to the original booking date. Cancelling within 48hrs notice will incur a cancellation fee of £50.00. This will be deducted from any payments made at the time of booking with balances refunded back to the customer.
Flow Motion Pictures work on a no-obligation promise that if you do not like the photographs, then you are under no obligation to make any purchases, other than the initial session fee.
Prints, Copyright and Display:
Owing to Flow Motion Pictures techniques it may not be possible to match exactly all colours as seen at the viewing.
The photographs, digital files, prints, edits and post-production produced by Flow Motion Pictures are protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without explicit written permission. Images supplied on storage media are excluded from this clause, although it is requested that any images published are acknowledged as to have been taken by Flow Motion Pictures.
Protection Policy:
Flow Motion Pictures aims to recruit people into the position of trust and adhere to protecting children and vulnerable adults policies. Our staff are instructed not to be alone with children at any time and at least one member of the client's party must be above the age of 18 for all appointments.
Health & Safety Policy:
Flow Motion Pictures takes every reasonable effort to ensure the premises and equipment is deemed as suitable and safe for all users at all times.
The client is fully responsible for their own action and responsible for the children they are in the accompany of, and any damages or breakages to the property that incur as a result of the client's action shall be the responsibility of the client to pay or rectify as agreed with Flow Motion Pictures.
Flow Motion Pictures does not take any responsibility for any loss or damage to any personal belongings within or outside a studio. Flow Motion Pictures sessions can involve some physical activity, which is undertaken at your own risk.
Flow Motion Pictures expects clients to advise of any special or medical requirements are needed to make the clients experience more comfortable and accessible.
Customer Service Contact Information:
The client is required to adhere to Flow Motion Pictures policies where applicable. If the client is unhappy with a product or service, then the client should contact us with a complaint as soon as possible. We will manage the complaint on an individual basis that will not affect the client's statutory rights. Flow Motion Pictures will not be liable for any claims for consequential loss howsoever caused.
